Returns Exchanges and Warranty


Puddlegear raingear has a one year limited warranty.  See below

Exchanges are NO Problem. Returns are no problem

Customer returns the gear to Puddlegear and Puddlegear will ship the new suit back to the customer.  BUT if you don't measure and require a third suit Puddlegear will charge for shipping.

Customer must notify Puddlegear by email within two weeks of receipt in order to make an exchange or return.  all enquiries after two weeks of receipt will be at Puddlegear's descresion.  

Hats are not returnable or exchangeable for hygienic reasons.

Mittens Do not qualify for return or exchange shipping on their own.

Write your order Number on the package and the RN # if supplied by Puddlegear.

IF you don't tell us who is returning it you will not receive your refund period.  So Please contact Puddlegear before you return anything.

Warranty Limited to manufacturers defects.  Which are heat sealed seams, zippers, pops and fabric flaws (not rips) 

The gear must not have been put in the dryer.  

Tears are not covered
