Is a Polyurethane-coated stretch fabric. It's a very light, soft, tear-resistant material that allows a full range of motion. Wind and watertight. Tolerates normal temperature changes and is easy to wash. Kids can move normally and not feel stiff in Atek.

Öko-Tex (sounds like echo-tex) is a process that tests for over 100 harmful substances! To give you the more official description, Öko-Tex Standard 100 is an ecological certification process.
